As we launch job matching features, we may also collect role preferences and related career information you choose to share.

We use your information to provide the CV review service — including processing your CV with artificial intelligence to generate your score and feedback — to email you your results, to communicate with you about Neary, to develop and improve our services (including our upcoming AI job matching capability), and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data sharing

We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering our services — such as secure file storage, email delivery and AI processing infrastructure. These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose. When our job matching platform launches, we will only share your profile or CV with a prospective employer with your consent.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration or destruction, including storing uploaded CVs in access-controlled storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
